Biography

Wanjira Ndirangu serves as a Partner and is the Head of the Banking, Finance and Real Estate Department.

 

As an Advocate with over eight (8) years’ experience, she advises on matters regarding compliance with banking regulations and laws, including those related to anti-money laundering, data protection and consumer protection. Wanjira also provides legal support for banking transactions, such as loans and financing.

 

In her years of practice, Wanjira has assisted and continues to assist numerous clients with property acquisitions and disposals, sub- divisions and amalgamations of land, extension and renewal of leasehold titles, obtaining leases and licenses over land.

 

Wanjira was admitted to the Bar in the year 2016. She holds an Undergraduate Law Degree (LLB) from Catholic University of Easter Africa and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. Wanjira is a Certified Professional Mediator from Mediation Training Institute East Africa (MTI), a member of the Law Society of Kenya, a Commissioner of Oaths and is currently about to complete her Masters in International Financial Law and Regulation at The Strathmore University.
