Polet Nduhiu serves as the Founding and Managing Partner and is the Head of the Dispute Resolution Department as well as the Immigration Department.

As an Advocate, Polet has made a name for herself as a litigator by being sound in argument and precise in drafting while her expertise in Immigration law and procedure has resulted in Muthoni Nduhiu Advocates being one of the most sought-after Law Firm with regards to Immigration advisory and applications.

Polet was admitted to the Bar in the year 2019. She hold an Undergraduate Degree(LLB) from Kabarak University where she graduated top of her class, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law, is a Member of the Law Society of Kenya and is currently pursuing her certification as a Certified Public Secretary
