Elizabeth Omol serves as a Partner and is the Head of the Corporate-Commercial Department.

As an Advocate, Elizabeth has developed a kin interest in legal advisory with regards to both local and international corporations. She has acted and advised on numerous Company restructures, International Acquisitions, cross border transactions including Company incorporations in the foreign jurisdictions, corporate structure and restructuring and corporate governance and compliance, Intellectual Property ownership, transfer and registration and is considered the firms leading drafter and negotiator of commercial contracts.

Elizabeth was admitted to the Bar in the year 2020. She holds an Undergraduate Law Degree (LLB) from Keele University, a Master of Law from Coventry University and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law and is a Member of the Law Society of Kenya
