Our Corporate & Commercial law practice area entails the handling of Mergers & Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, Intellectual Property, Corporate Structure, Compliance and Governance, Expansions into different Jurisdictions(Incorporation in multiple/different Jurisdictions) and Contract Negotiations.

In regards to this area our Clients are mainly Corporates who have a presence in Kenya and Internationally as well resulting in multiple cross boarder transactions. Our Corporate & Commercial practice area approach is focused on protecting our Clients interest based on their specific goals and needs as well as ensuring Compliance across the different Jurisdictions.

a) Recently advised and acted for our Client whose Parent Company is based in Delaware in an Acquisition of a Company Incorporated in the United Kingdom with subsidiaries in South Africa and Nigeria.

b) We have successfully assisted numerous Clients in the growth of their business by handling the Incorporation process in numerous Countries i.e. Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda, South Africa and currently Delaware.

c) Negotiated a high value Contract for our Client( A start up) with one of the leading TelCos in Africa
