As such, we not only advise on a local scale in regards to compliance with the Data Protection Act (2019) Laws of Kenya but also on a global scale based on the provisions of the GDPR and the Regulations therein.

As such, we ensure that our Clients have all the required policies and procedures in place and carry out periodic Impact Assessments and trainings so as ensure constant compliance and updates in line with the Changes in the Law and data landscape.
a) Represented one of the largest bus companies in Kenya and East Africa before the ODPC and acquired a no case to answer Judgement where the Client was not found liable( We act as the Data Protection Officers for this Client as well).
b) Acting as the Data Protection officer for an International Client which has a presence in South Africa, Nigeria, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and Rwanda.
c) Handling numerous requests & complaints on behalf of our clients and resolving the same before they are submitted to the ODPC in line with the Policies that we tailor make for the Clients.
