Our Labour and Employment Law approach is a hands on approach as we are involved in the hiring process, the wellbeing of the employees during their employment and the termination process so as to ensure a minimum exposure to possible liability.
a) We sit on the Disciplinary tribunal/Board for numerous corporate clients where we are able to advise on the termination process including the hearing process to ensure fairness as well as a strict adherence to procedure and Law.
b) We have successfully defended numerous Clients in the Employment & Labour Relations Court(High Court) as well as in Alternative Dispute Resolution Forums specifically Arbitration.
c) We successfully advised an international Company on salary deductions so as to adhere to the Kenyan market.
